*All tracks or hip hop intrumentals are sent via YouSendIt.com or USPS Priority on a data CD-ROM in .WAV format. All sale details are covered by contract to protect the rights of ourselves and the artist.
*Tracks can be downloaded in full within 48 hours of receiving payment through YouSendIt for a processing fee of $10.00 USD.
*All prices are in US Dollars.
*Songs that have been sold are not available for download, leasing, or any other type of purchase.

You have the rights to use the track(s) commercially for 10000 units on a non-exclusive basis. Royalties charged at a 2.5 point rate. No royalties are owed prior to 6000 sales.

You have the rights to use the track(s) commercially for an unlimited number of units. No one else can download, lease, or purchase the track. Royalties charged at a 4 point rate. No royalties are owed prior to 6000 sales.
