Jack Dazey is setting himself up to become the hottest entrepreneur/consultant in New York thanks to his unique vision. JackDazey was born in Brooklyn, New York. He attended high school in Long Island New York where he graduated top of his class with numerous awards for his academics and community involvement. Later he attended the University of Southern California where he studied music recording under Richard Mcilvery after changing his major from pre-med biology. He began interning and working at North Hollywood Studio Sounds under music mogul George Tobin. where he had the honor of working with various names in the industry such as Montell Jordan, Jermaine Stewart, Johnny Gill, KRS -one, Christopher Williams, Sting, and Chick Corea. Upon returning to New York he worked with DJ Jonathan Peters on an original song titled " All This Time" sung by Sylva Logan Sharpe which became a number one hit on radio station KTU as well as number one dance play on Billboard released on Unltra Records.
JackDazey grew up playing musical instruments since he was 4 years old. He started writing songs in Junior High where he started and managed his own singing group that tour the tristate area and eventually performed at the world famous Apollo Theater. By the time he finished high school he already had a catalog of over 200 songs. While in high school marching band, JackDazey played along side friend and Rap legend Rakim also working with many others successful entertainers such as sports agent Glenn "Sweety G" Toby.
JackDazey open his doors to help others in developing their music business skills and talent. He has created a website with helpful info for todays performers as well as educating the general public on issues in entertainment marketing strategies and business. JackDazey has always loved music but is also an educator in his own right. He currently releases articles on the web and his own blog which discusses early American composer Arnold Schoenberg and likeness to hip hop. Other articles includes tips on Marketing in the entertainment industry.
